Banavocado Frozen Chocolate Mousse

Believe it or not avocado and banana go great together. In fact, they make the perfect combo for this next raw ice cream recipe. When combining these two “fruits” together along with a little cacao love, and other super foods, the results are amazing! You get a rich, creamy, perfectly sweetened, absolutely phenomenal mousse like ice cream. Hope you love it! Here’s the recipe:

1 1/2 very ripe avocados (stoned and peeled)
1 large frozen banana (peeled)
1 T raw lucuma powder
1 T raw carob powder
1 tsp organic vanilla extract (non-alcoholic)
2 T raw mesquite powder
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
4-6 drops chocolate flavored SweetLeaf liquid stevia
3 T agave nectar

Combine banana and avocado in food processor and mix until super smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until super smooth and thick. Pour in an air-tight container and freeze for about an hour before serving. Keep in freezer. It scoops like soft-serve ice cream.
