This salad recipe was actually inspired by my former yoga
instructor Ana. It’s simple, yet filling and delicious. It’s great as a side
dish or as a small meal. Cucumbers help keep the body hydrated while helping
the body eliminate toxins. Crimini mushrooms are packed with disease fighting
nutrients. This salad is the perfect healing food combo!
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber (peeled and sliced into thin rounds)
1 to 1 1/2 cups Crimini mushrooms (stemmed, and sliced)
1/2 T Bragg’s Sea Kelp Delight Seasoning (or just plain kelp
flakes)
dash sea salt
dash garlic powder
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl, toss well and serve.
