Green Garden Salad

The best meal of the day should consist of lots of delicious greens and fresh veggies. This recipe packs in the greens and makes for a very hearty meal that can satisfy for hours. Enjoy!

Green Garden Salad

handful Spinach
handful Arugula handful Dandelion handful Mixed Fresh Green Herbs and Flowers handful Radicchio handful Green leaf lettuce handful Romaine lettuce1 large Portobello Mushroom chopped ½ peeled and sliced Cucumber 1 corn on the cob (cob removed)favorite salad dressing (to taste) 1 avocado cut into slices


Place all ingredients in a large bowl (excluding dressing and avocado slices) and toss well. Pour dressing over top and garnish with avocado slices. This recipe makes enough salad to last for two full meals.
